Morada Senior Living is seeking a Director of Facility Operations to oversee maintenance, security, and grounds across the community. You will lead housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services, manage vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires four years of supervision experience, HVAC knowledge, and proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Technical degree in related field.
• Four years of maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or training.
• Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, plumbing and related repair.
• Experience with electrical systems, phone systems, fire panels, emergency response systems and disaster preparedness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Provides leadership by inspiring and motivating others to perform well.

Aufgaben

• Supervises the maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets.
• Manages housekeeping, laundry and transportation services following community policy.
• Oversees total operation and maintenance of the campus to high construction standards.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates maintenance contracts.
• Conducts apartment inspections prior to occupancy.
• May address maintenance emergencies after hours.
• Implements a preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Leads housekeeping/laundry operations according to laws and guidelines.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and action plans for deficiencies.
• Submits monthly expenses and budget data timely.
• Manages staffing and scheduling per operational and budgetary guidelines.
• Ensures vehicles are maintained in safe, clean condition and transported passengers safely.
