Qualifications

• Minimum five years in facilities management at a leadership level.
• Experience with building systems, codes, blueprints, and estimating.
• Experience with secure/high-risk facilities preferred.
• Budgeting, procurement, and contract management proficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Facilities staff and ensure training.
• Plan and oversee maintenance and contracted services.
• Oversee operations for all county facilities including jail systems.
• Develop and manage department budget; oversee procurement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain required records.
• Prepare project specifications, estimates, and bid documents.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials; coordinate with agencies.
• Maintain maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Serve as after-hours contact for incidents and emergencies.
