Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in maintenance/plant.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet the maintenance needs of the facility.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe environment per policy.
• Repair, replace, and purchase items per procedure.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance and document accurately.
• Maintain weather protection and exterior upkeep in all weather.
• Supervise outside contractors and be on-call for emergencies.
• Perform tasks and ensure sanitation and safety in areas.
