DCI Donor Services, Inc. is seeking an External Affairs Director to lead community engagement and partnerships to expand organ donation awareness.

The role requires representing the organization at events and collaborating with hospitals, government entities, and community groups across New Mexico and beyond. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in marketing and communications, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Eight years in marketing and communications; experience managing projects and employees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with community groups to raise awareness of organ donation and partnerships.
• Expand donation awareness with communications strategy including PR, digital and social media.
• Represent the company at community events and partner with hospitals and government entities.
• Direct and oversee community relations programs to promote donation and save lives.
