Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Event Services to lead our warehouse operations, logistics, and field execution teams based in Jacksonville, Florida. This senior leadership role oversees all Event Services operations — including inventory, trucking, warehouse management, and event setup and breakdown — ensuring that every event is delivered On Time, In Full, and at the highest quality standard, aligned with what was designed and sold by our producers. The Director of Event Services reports to the Vice President of Business Strategy and Logistics and manages the Associate Director of Event Services, Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all Event Services operations, including warehouse, logistics, and field execution
Oversee inventory including tents, tables, chairs, drape, props, décor, games, and specialty assets
Ensure accurate truck loading, asset readiness, and quality control
Support event execution onsite as needed during high-profile or complex events
Develop, coach, and manage department leaders and frontline staff
Drive operational KPIs including OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance
Collaborate closely with Sales/Producers, Design, Finance, and Executive Leadership
Translate company goals into department plans and execution
Enforce safety standards, asset protection, and compliance requirements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, SOP development, and training programs

Qualifications

Required:

5+ years of leadership experience in event production, event rentals, logistics, or field operations
Experience managing managers and multi-layered teams
Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, live-event environments
Comfortable balancing field presence with strategic leadership
