StubHub is seeking a Director of Equity Accounting to lead global equity incentive accounting, valuation, and forecasting. You will advise senior leadership on complex equity structures, ensure GAAP compliance, and coordinate with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Treasury across the organization.

The role requires CPA, 7+ years of related experience (5+ in public accounting preferred), and deep experience with SEC reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• SEC reporting experience required.
• 7+ years of related experience; 5+ years public accounting preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and research skills.
• Big 4 experience highly desirable.
• Experience with equity accounting and software development equity treatment.

Mansioni

• Provide accounting guidance on stock-based compensation and equity matters under GAAP.
• Conduct equity-related technical accounting research and implement standards impact analyses.
• Administer end-to-end equity awards process with HR, Legal, Payroll and Treasury.
• Review complex accounting matters and provide recommended treatments.
• Document financial reporting changes and tax implications.
