Gallaudet University seeks a Director of Equal Opportunity Programs to lead the university’s EOP, Title IX, and disability access initiatives. The role oversees compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws and coordinates investigations, training, and policy updates.

Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis are essential. The position reports to the Executive Director of Belonging and Engagement and requires collaboration with many university units.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate facts to develop complex EEO data analyses.
• Experience applying EDIB practices and federal and DC employment laws.
• Ability to develop and deliver training to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Serve as EOP Officer, Section 504/ADA Coordinator, and Title IX Coordinator.
• Coordinate and administer Title IX program and policies.
• Oversee Disability Services Center and reasonable accommodations processes.
• Investigate alleged violations of discrimination policies and prepare reports.
• Develop policies on nondiscrimination, Title IX, and disability access.
