CareOne at Hamilton is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead housekeeping, laundry and floor care operations. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies and federal/state requirements, and drive quality, safety and customer service.

The role includes budgeting, staffing, and coordinating training and QC processes. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of related experience in Environmental Services

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to meet quality standards, inventory, safety guidelines and service expectations.
