CareOne at Hamilton is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead housekeeping, laundry and floor care operations. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies and federal/state requirements, and drive quality, safety and customer service.

The role includes budgeting, staffing, and coordinating training and QC processes. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of related experience in Environmental Services

Responsabilidades

• Manage housekeeping, laundry and floor care staff per policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide leadership to meet quality standards, inventory, safety guidelines and service expectations.
• Maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel and equipment.
• Train staff, perform quality control and in-servicing.
• Assess work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes.
