Pines Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Services (EVS) to lead housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment for residents and staff. This leadership role oversees daily EVS operations and staff performance.

The role requires strong leadership, infection control, and scheduling skills; healthcare experience is highly valued. Full-time, on-site position with weekend/holiday rotation options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or EVS.
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals.
• Experience creating and managing staff schedules preferred.
• Healthcare/senior living or related industry experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection prevention.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and service needs.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection prevention throughout the community.

• Manage inventory, supplies, and linen distribution.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including chemical handling and hazardous material protocols.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Foster a positive, resident-focused culture through professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience
