• Strong background in financial services with knowledge of lending, core systems, and regulatory environments
• Experience with core banking platforms and integrated lending systems
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology strategies and solutions
• Proven experience in enterprise change management, system optimization, platform integration, and vendor management
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment across a matrixed organization
