Job summary

Reserv is seeking an Integration Security Director to focus on securing our SaaS offerings and embedding robust development processes as we scale. The role involves aligning security with product roadmaps and enterprise customer needs, while driving automation and cloud governance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud development/deployment/monitoring, strong CI/CD and GitHub experience, and a track record with large-scale web applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud development/deployment/monitoring experience.
• Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Extensive GitHub experience.
• Extensive experience building, running, debugging, supporting, and maintaining enterprise-based web applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry to ensure health of the SaaS application stack.
• Ensure architecture meets regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain monitoring infrastructure, set SLAs, deployment guidelines.
• Ensure customer SLAs are maintained.
• Collaborate with BCDR to ensure uptime and resiliency.
• Ensure health monitoring for cloud components and security policies are in place.
