Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience
• 5+ years leading through other leaders within complex, multi‑team technology organizations
• Strong experience shaping investment strategy and building business cases

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise digital technology product strategy
• Build and evolve a unified product operating model
• Develop multi‑year product roadmaps
• Drive coherent, scalable product direction across capabilities
• Establish strong product governance through frameworks and metrics
• Build trusted relationships with executives and enable shared decision‑making
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies
• Ensure high‑quality, compliant product delivery with governance and security controls
• Build and lead high‑performing product teams and hiring plans
• Oversee investment stewardship and track ROI for strategic initiatives
