• Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations or administration.
• Experience in enterprise-level projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Lead and align hotel, lease, event, and insurance operations with university goals.

• Manage leasing portfolio and ensure financial sustainability.
• Oversee risk, compliance, and enterprise risk management integration.
