Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, psychology, leadership, or related discipline required.
• Master's degree in Adult Learning, Adult Education, Learning and Development, Education, Organizational Leadership or related field strongly preferred.
• Professional certification in coaching, facilitation, instructional design, or leadership development preferred.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise leadership development programs for supervisors and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and strategic leadership for three flagship programs across NY and MA.
• Sustain and advance instructor excellence and engineering academy programs with governance and quality standards.
• Establish learning governance, performance standards, and KPIs with reporting on outcomes and business impact.
• Partner with colleges, executive education providers, and external learning partners to expand program reach.
• Coach and mentor internal training faculty, strengthening classroom practice and learner engagement.
• Oversee vendor-delivered and internal classroom experiences and scalable delivery.
