Job summary

Connecticut Children's Medical Center seeks a Director of Enterprise Intelligence and Decision Support to lead enterprise BI, data engineering, and decision-support capabilities. You will partner with executive leadership and IT to deliver trusted analytics, dashboards, and reports that inform clinical, operational, financial, and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS, MIS, Business or related field required.
• 8–10 years in data warehousing and BI, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience as an internal consultant to management and staff.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise BI and decision support program for leaders.
• Direct BI Analysts as strategic partners translating priorities into dashboards and reports.
• Governance for dashboards, metrics, and enterprise reporting.
• Define KPIs and enterprise metrics with stakeholders; promote data literacy.
