Biogen is seeking a Director, Enterprise Insights and Analytics - US Commercial to lead the Control Tower initiative and scale insights across Brands, Field, Digital, and Patient Services. You will partner with analytics teams and senior leaders to translate data into strategic actions that improve brand performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business, Life Sciences).
• 12+ years of strategy, operations, insights, analytics, or similar roles within pharma/healthcare.
• Proficiency with project management tools and optimizing platforms for insights.
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the Control Tower remit and success factors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify market shifts and actions.
• Structure Insights to Action process with gathering and feedback loops.
• Design processes for systemic gathering and dissemination of insights.
• Monitor and adjust processes in an agile manner.
• Bridge brand teams with support areas for actionable tactics.
• Lead collaboration forums applying agile practices for Control Tower.
• Present findings to stakeholders and translate insights into strategy.
