Job summary

Agency for Health Care Administration seeks a Data Analytics Warehousing Director within the Division of Enterprise Innovation Technology. You will direct the Enterprise Warehousing Data Analytics unit and oversee the agency's data analytics program, enterprise data warehouse, analytics platforms, and data services supporting Medicaid modernization and health care reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms including data ingestion, integration, storage, and curation
• Establish development standards for analytic products and conduct requirements sessions with Agency program offices
• Supervise assigned employees and exercise independent judgment in hiring, promotion, discipline and personnel management
• Develop and implement enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures addressing data quality and compliance
• Serve as technical authority on data warehousing and analytics platform decisions in governance forums
• Ensure statutorily required data submissions and legislative requests are accurate, complete, and timely
