Job summary

The Agency for Health Care Administration in Florida seeks a Data Analytics & Warehousing Director to lead the DEIT data program. You will supervise analytics developers, manage the enterprise data warehouse, and ensure timely reporting for Medicaid and state programs.

You'll direct standards for data modeling, ETL/ELT, governance, and security, coordinating with Enterprise Architecture and Legal. This mission‑essential role may require weekend or holiday work and travel.

Qualifications

• Experience directing analytics teams and delivering dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of data governance, HIPAA, and MES data.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct analytics program and deliver dashboards, visuals, and reports.
• Oversee data warehouse design, ETL/ELT, and platform lifecycle.
• Set intake standards and manage requests queue.
• Lead staffing and performance management.
• Establish governance and data quality.
