Job summary

Humana is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture Activation to translate business needs into architectural roadmaps and technical solutions. You will guide a team of architects and engage stakeholders to ensure architectures align with business goals and can be executed across domains.

Responsibilities include governance, adherence to standards, and developing staff while delivering strategic plans that support Humana’s scale and consumer-focused care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead on large IT projects.
• 10+ years design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Passionate about contributing to improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into architectural roadmaps and solutions.
• Guide a team of architects through activation of architecture principals, patterns, standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure architectures meet outcomes and can be executed across domains.
• Oversee governance to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and drive strategic plans.
