Qualifications

- 10+ years IT leadership experience.
- 5+ years managing enterprise applications teams or multiple IT functions.
- Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations and system transformations.
- Experience in M&A integration and multi-entity environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise application management (ERP, CRM, HCM) including strategy, roadmap, and security.
- Oversee custom application development and integrations across platforms.
- Lead analytics, data engineering, reporting, and BI initiatives.
- Drive AI enablement and low-code initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Partner with transformation teams for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Negotiate with vendors, manage SLAs, and align IT with business needs.
