Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7+ years in business systems, analytics, BI, or leadership roles.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting environments, and dashboard development.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and analytics strategy.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable BI platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

• Lead enterprise reporting and analytics strategy.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Standardize reporting and improve visibility into business performance.
• Develop data governance and reporting frameworks.
