• Lead organizational adoption of data insights and AI workflows.
• Manage a team of analytics and AI developers and provide technical direction.
• Oversee Tableau dashboard ecosystem and scalable reporting.
• Drive AI projects per the AI Governance Policy.
• Deliver executive briefings on program health and ROI.
• Curate EDA/AI communications for stakeholders.
