Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field by date of hire
• AND eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in data, analytics, or related disciplines
• AND direct experience leading direct reports and functional teams
• AND leading an institution-level major initiative in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued rebuilding and advancement of the University's data platform, guiding the evolution of warehouses, lakehouses, and data marts toward a more scalable, integrated ecosystem.
• Establish strong, collaborative relationships with academic and administrative leaders to understand priorities and deliver meaningful, aligned solutions.
• Provide insights and guidance to senior leaders to support institutional strategy and decision-making.
