Job summary

SiTime Corp. seeks a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI applications and agents across the enterprise. You will connect large language models with SiTime data, and own the lifecycle from prototyping to deployment, with a focus on measurable business value and responsible AI.

You will collaborate with product, data, security, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions, while advancing engineering patterns and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science.
• 7+ years software engineering with 3+ years AI/ML work.
• Experience shipping LLM-based apps to production.
• Strong Python and API development experience.
• Knowledge of vector search, embeddings and pipelines.
• Cloud AI services, containers, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Identity, security, data privacy fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Build production AI apps and agentic workflows.
• Develop enterprise agents and integrations.
• Implement RAG pipelines with ingestion and indexing.
• Create evaluation datasets and tests for accuracy and safety.
• Own deployment, CI/CD, observability, and cost monitoring.
• Build reusable platform components and connectors.
• Apply responsible AI and security controls.
• Collaborate with product, security, and IT teams.
• Measure business value and adoption metrics.
• Advance engineering practices and runbooks.
