Job summary

SouthLake Christian Academy in the Lake Norman area of Charlotte, NC, seeks a Director of Admissions to lead enrollment efforts and provide exceptional support to families. The role encompasses forecasting, admissions operations, and community partnerships, reporting to the Head of School and serving on the Senior Leadership Team.

The candidate will manage the family journey from first inquiry to enrollment, with a focus on retention and mission alignment in a Christ-centered education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Three to five years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field, including experience leading teams.
• Upload a current resume and answer supplemental questions to indicate relevant experience.
• A personal commitment to follow Jesus Christ and faithful involvement in a local church that aligns with SouthLake's Statement of Faith.
