Job summary

Divine Savior Lutheran Academy Inc. in Missouri City, TX, seeks a Director of Admissions to lead recruitment and retention of students on our campus, coordinating with Marketing and Public Relations to grow the DSA family.

The role oversees the admissions process, coordinates tours and events, and builds relationships with community programs to drive enrollment. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in education or PR are preferred, with strong communication and a Christian example essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in education, recruitment, public relations, and/or counseling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent DSA to new families and contribute to growing the student body.
• Recruit families through campus tours and events.
• Market and promote the value of a Christian day school education.
• Oversee admissions and enrollment processes including visits, screening, and affordability options.
• Organize and lead recruiting events (Open Houses, Lunch and Learn, etc.).
