Job summary

IDEX Corporation seeks a Director of Engineering for its Advanced Flow Solutions unit. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams spanning mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, aligning projects to business goals and accelerating time to market.

As a senior technical authority, you will shape the technology roadmap, manage due diligence for acquisitions, and drive scalable, data-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and customer value across global markets.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in NPD, sustaining engineering, and product cost out within electro mechanical organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading change, building technology roadmaps, and launching products that drive business growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others in a cross-functional, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all engineering activities including NPD, sustaining, systems engineering, and technology development.
• Partner with Product Management, Quality, Sales & Marketing, and Operations to define requirements and meet targets.
• Define, own, and execute the product and technology roadmap for AFS in collaboration with leadership.
