Qualifications

10+ years directly related leadership experience in semiconductor equipment, process or parts.

Master’s degree or higher, or equivalent post-graduate education preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead program management of New Process Introduction (NPI) projects including new tools, fixtures, and installation support.
Implement and refine process control standards and enhance global engineering training and methods.
Manage Engineering personnel, prioritize tasks, and schedule projects across Design and Equipment Engineering teams.
