Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- 10+ years leading engineering organizations.
- Experience leading managers and senior leaders.
- Experience with multidisciplinary engineering environments.
- Strong communication and executive leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with SVP of Engineering to set long-term org strategy.
- Design organizational structure to support growth.
- Lead initiatives for engagement, training, and succession planning.
- Promote inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.
- Oversee workforce planning and capacity forecasting.
- Drive leadership development and talent reviews.
