Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the engineering organization across hotel facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, ensuring safe, efficient operations and energy conservation.

The role requires an Associate degree (or equivalent), valid Plumbing License and CPO/AFO, 2+ years of multi-team leadership and 1+ year in senior management; Bachelor's preferred. On-site role in Baraboo, WI with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Plumbing License, Certified Pool & Spa (CPO) License, Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) Certified.
• 2+ years of work experience with managing multiple teams of technical employees through projects.
• 1+ years of senior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops engineering organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and establishing objectives.
• Establishes engineering operational strategies by evaluating trends and designing systems.
• Manage budgets, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation.
• Conducts engineering project management, cost-benefit studies, and feasibility analyses.
• Coordinate utilities provision and backup to maintain uninterrupted operations.
