Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership of multiple teams.

• Proven SaaS/delivery experience with strong architecture and scalability knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the engineering organization, defining strategy and delivery objectives.
• Partner with Product, Design, Customer Success, and executives to align investments with priorities.
• Own engineering execution against roadmaps and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Establish processes, standards, and metrics for performance, reliability, and security.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
