Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing a manufacturing facility.
• Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and production quality.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, safety regulations, and quality control methods.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations including production, scheduling, maintenance, quality, and shipping.
• Lead and mentor manufacturing personnel.
