Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent) and 10 years of experience required.
• 15+ years of experience preferred.
• However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned engineering projects from conception to completion, tracking costs and schedule.
• Develop and administer budgets, specifications, drawings, schedules, and SOPs, measuring progress.
• Identify, develop and implement improvements to production equipment across extrusion, coating, packaging to improve safety and efficiency.
• Communicate project status and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Mentor engineers and operations personnel to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
