SUMMARY
The Director of Engineering, Maintenance, EH&S and Security, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain, will oversee all facets of Engineering, Maintenance, Security, and MRO Buying. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and business operations, ensuring sustainable improvements and significant financial impact. The Director will be accountable for master planning of capital and improvement projects across all manufacturing operations, corporate sustainability efforts, and site facilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee staff in the Engineering, Maintenance and Security, ensuring effective direction, coordination and evaluation. Performs supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
