Qualifications

• 20+ years in plant process and rotating equipment engineering.
• Hands-on experience in food, dairy, or beverage facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and coaching technical teams.
• Experience designing and delivering hands-on training programs.
• Ability to engage credibly with plant engineers and operations managers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a small technical team.
• Own CPR's internal training program.
• Engage hands-on on significant projects.
• Serve as a senior engineering voice with key plant customers.
