Qualifications

• PE license active in PA or reciprocity
• 10+ years in civil engineering design with 5+ years in a senior role
• Experience with land development and regulatory processes

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects including site planning, grading, drainage, utilities and infrastructure
• Develop departmental goals aligned with the firm’s strategy
• Mentor engineers and provide guidance in design and professional development
• Prepare and review cost estimates, technical reports, plans, specs, and permit applications
• Ensure on-time, within-budget project performance and high quality deliverables
• Manage client relationships and regulatory agency communications; attend meetings as needed
• Develop new client relationships and expand business opportunities
