• Apply extensive experience in engineering, maintenance and related fields to ensure efficient operations.
• Evaluate and make decisions quickly in high-pressure situations to maintain service levels.
• Convey information clearly and listen to issues raised by colleagues and guests.
• Understand financial information to support maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests, schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations.
