Responsibilities

• Provide execution leadership on software engineering projects (resourcing, prioritization, partner team interlock, scoping).
• Set the technical, organizational and business strategy with leads/managers, outlining 2–3 year deliverables.
• Evolve and scale key services and systems to meet current needs and future evolution.
• Establish team culture focused on engineering, product and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders; oversee customer engagement and partnerships.
