Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company is seeking a Technical Director to lead our C4ISR/C5ISR programs, overseeing design, integration, and operational strategies. You will drive architectural decisions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure interoperability with industry standards.

You will mentor engineers, manage risk, and collaborate with customers to translate evolving needs into robust, secure technology solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master preferred.
10+ years in C4ISR/C5ISR with 5+ in leadership.
Security clearance or ability to obtain.
Experience with system integration and architectures.
Certifications such as PMP or CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the C4ISR/C5ISR program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and integration of complex C4ISR systems, ensuring interoperability and compliance with industry standards.
Lead technical teams in the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in C4ISR/C5ISR operations.
Collaborate with customers to understand emerging needs and implement technology solutions to meet them.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in C4ISR/C5ISR systems, recommending enhancements and innovations.
Establish and enforce quality control standards for all C4ISR/C5ISR projects, ensuring reliability and security of systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
