• Significant experience building customer-facing software products at scale.
• Proven track record leading multiple engineering teams.

• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, cross-functional problems.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering strategy for Hover’s shared customer experiences (signup, auth, org & team mgmt).
• Lead self-serve growth engine with cross-functional partners to reduce friction.
• Oversee Billing Systems for plans, entitlements, subscriptions, payments, pricing.
• Drive opinions and accountability as a Product-Design-Engineering partner.
• Build a high-performing org and explore AI-driven improvements.
