Job summary

RWR Enterprises Inc. is seeking an accomplished Director of Engineering to provide strategic and operational leadership across Reliability, Turnaround, Process Engineering, Process Control and Project Engineering functions.

The role focuses on safe, reliable asset operation while driving capital project execution, continuous improvement, and long-term asset performance within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in chemical/process manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proven success leading reliability, process engineering, turnaround, and capital project programs in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of process safety principles and applicable industry regulations.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Reliability, Turnaround, Process Engineering, Process Control, and Project Engineering teams; develop objectives to improve asset reliability and plant performance.
• Lead major plant turnarounds including planning, scheduling, and execution; coordinate cross-functional resources to meet safety, reliability, schedule, and cost goals.
• Oversee optimization of manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, raw material utilization, energy consumption, and process safety; guide process models and simulations.
• Lead Project Engineering and Electrical & Instrumentation teams in capital projects; manage multi-year investment strategy and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage engineering budgets and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
