Job summary
Atria Physician Practice New York PC is seeking a hands-on leader to guide Product Engineering across Member Experience, Clinical Experience, and Care Delivery. You will own delivery plans, set roadmaps with product and clinical leaders, and drive architecture for reliability and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
- Proven track record shipping product teams on time and high quality.
- Strong technical breadth across backend, web and mobile stacks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading distributed teams and using AI coding tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Member Experience, Clinical Experience and Care Delivery squads.
- Turn unclear problems into clear technical plans and roadmaps.
- Drive system design for reliability, HIPAA compliance, and speed.
- Stay hands-on: write and review code with AI-assisted workflows.
- Set testing, code-review standards, and observability practices.
- Hire, coach and manage engineers and tech leads in NYC and distributed teams.
