In addition, this role will develop an archival and storytelling strategy, particularly around the history of Black resistance and organizing in Boston. The Director of Engaged Community Research will interact with and be informed by the wider and growing King Boston team (i.e., Director of Embrace Ideas, Director of Community Organizing and Director of Development and Donor Engagement).

They must be adept at research, analysis, and partnership building and possess excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
