Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks a Director of Energy to lead and grow its national energy group, guiding decarbonization strategy and client partnerships. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, drive service line expansion, and shape strategic direction across building energy services.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and industry presence, with a hybrid work model requiring two in-office days weekly in California.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in energy consulting and decarbonization.
• Proven success in business development and sales.
• Experience managing people, projects, and sales targets.
• Strong energy modeling tool experience (IESVE, EnergyPlus).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the Energy Team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Explore new markets and services and develop an industry leading Energy group.
• Drive business development efforts, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
• Oversee project performance, quality control, and delivery excellence across group work.
• Support pursuits across a wide range of building types.
• Setting group strategic goals and priorities.
• Represent Glumac in the market through conferences, stakeholder engagement, and industry outreach.
• Partner with leadership to advance innovation, set vision, and support strategic planning.
• Contribute to proposal development, hiring, and team development initiatives.
