Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks a Director of Energy to lead our Energy Group, guide growth, and expand our national decarbonization work. This leadership role focuses on strategy, client relationships, and cross‑discipline coordination within Building Engineering and Engineering Services.

You will manage a senior team, oversee energy modeling and lifecycle analyses, and help win pursuits with a strong emphasis on growth and market presence in California and beyond.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in energy consulting, energy modeling, and decarbonization.
• Proven ability to develop and grow service lines and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, project management, and sales-target experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Energy Team, fostering accountability and growth.
• Explore new markets and develop an industry-leading Energy group.
• Drive business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
• Oversee project performance, quality control, and delivery excellence across group work.
• Represent Glumac in the market through conferences and industry outreach.
• Partner with leadership on innovation, vision, and strategic planning.
