Job summary

Arizona Comfort Care Social Services LLC is seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (Day Program) to support individuals with developmental disabilities at the Hatcher Site. You will monitor, assist with training, and help with daily activities in a respectful, client-centered environment.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. work authorization, and a fingerprint clearance card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Caregiver/behavioral health experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and valid Driver's License.
• At least three verifiable non-family references.
• CPR/First Aid and Direct Caregiver Worker certification obtainable with company assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring, assistance, and training to clients at the facility (DTA/DTT).
• Light cleaning tasks.
• Transport clients in the company vehicle.
• Provide Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), including respite, habilitation, attendance care, and housekeeping services for Developmental Disabilities clients as scheduled (Caregiver position).
• Provide activities of daily living (ADL) in the client's home.

• Base Compensation: Starts: $14:50

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• An experienced caregiver/behavioral health.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and Valid Driver's License.
• Must have at least three (3) verifiable non-family references.
• Able to obtain CPR/First Aid, Article 9, Direct Caregiver Worker certification (if hired, the company will assist with obtaining required certifications).
