University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Public Health Program Director within Employee Health & Well-Being (EHWB). This leadership role designs, implements, and evaluates evidence-informed programs, services, and policies to improve staff and faculty well-being across the campus.

The position requires an MPH or closely related field, at least five years of public health program experience, and strong skills in leadership, communication, and evaluation.

Formación

• Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or closely related field is required.
• 5 years of professional experience developing, implementing, and evaluating public health, health promotion, wellness, or prevention programs.
• Experience using data and research to assess health needs and evaluate outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, public speaking, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of evidence-informed public health and employee well-being programs and initiatives across topics such as healthy eating, ergonomics, chronic disease prevention, sleep, and immunizations.
• Serve as campus content expert on employee population health, prevention, health promotion, and workplace well-being.
• Develop and facilitate educational workshops, trainings, webinars, and learning opportunities for faculty and staff in coordination with EHWB units.
• Maintain expertise on public health trends and translate emerging research into practical workplace education and strategies.
• Support Health in policy approaches throughout campus decision-making processes.
