Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Public Health Program Director to lead employee health initiatives campuswide. The role designs, implements, and evaluates evidence-informed programs, services, and policies that improve the well-being of staff and faculty.

You will collaborate with EHWB partners, translate research into scalable workplace strategies, and develop communications to raise health literacy and participation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience developing and evaluating public health programs.
• Experience using data to assess community health needs and outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of evidence-informed public health programs and employee well-being initiatives across campus.
• Serve as campus content expert on population health and workplace well-being.
• Develop and deliver educational workshops, trainings, and webinars for faculty and staff.
• Translate research into practical workplace education and strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance campus well-being goals.
