The position oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, and learning initiatives, ensuring compliance and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Loyola's values.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading employee relations, organizational development, talent strategy, and employee experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEO).
• Experience designing and scaling leadership development, onboarding, compliance training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ability to translate organizational priorities into people strategies and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate HR strategies across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead staff development, leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training programs.
• Oversee HR Partner functions related to talent acquisition, employee relations, and employee transitions.
• Monitor climate surveys, workforce data, and organizational assessments to improve engagement and culture.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on employee engagement, development, and organizational health.
